Just a few simple rules.

First, your blog's layout MUST WORK ON NETSCAPE. I am a Netscape user, and I'm TIRED of having to open IE because of someone's lazy coding. I don't care if it looks good or not: this is about writing, after all--but it MUST WORK.

Second, try to put effort into your entries. It's easy to tell when someone just doesn't care, and if you don't, you don't need to be in this ring.

Third, please put up the code in a visible place. ^_^; I don't care if you have a separate rings page or what, just put it somewhere.

Fourth, all of the standard restrictions apply--no hate, no severe porn (it's OK with me if you like erotica, but at least put a warning or something), no TyPing liKe this (honestly don't know anyone who does that, but just in case) or haxx0r speak, etc.

And fifth (and most important), your submission MUST be a blog and it MUST be a CREATIVE WRITING blog. I love artlogs, but this is for WRITING. Of any kind. You can write vignettes, poems, fanfic, original fic, whatever. It just has to be a writing blog.
